2004

ISE Listing

On June 24th, thanks to its past experiences and huge contribution from Oyak Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş, they were listed in IMKB (The name of Istanbul Stock Exchange ISE in those days) as the fifth publicly listed company in Turkish IT industry.

2005

Capital Increase

Indeks Bilgisayar raised its capital to make its issued capital 45 million Turkish Lira.

2006

Public Offering of Datagate

Datagate became public on February 10th and became the sixth IT company to go public listing while making Index enable its second listing within the group. The company grew as its place in Profilo building started to become insufficient for logistics and office purposes. So the search for a new one began.

The place, which eventually named as IndexPark, was purchased on 1 March 2006. The new location represented the biggest local company investment in the industry.

2007

Teklos...

In November, Teklos A.Ş. started its operations in the field of technology logistics.

2009

Homend...

In February 2009, Teklos started to offer its large-scale services to Brightstar and Vodafone.

Index Grup decided on a new enterprise in the same year and invested on small house applicances. The story of Homend has begun.

2010

Public Offering of Despec

Teklos signed a logistics contract with Türk Telekom, entitling the company to store and distribute consumer products of Türk Telekom.

In the same year, Despec went public.

2011

The Year of Distributorship

The 51% of Artım Bilişim Çözüm ve Dağıtım was purchased in order to become a shareholder to a distributor company, which offers spare parts for IT industry.

A distributorship agreement was signed between Neotech and Canon to distribute Canon camera and camcorder products and accessories throughout Turkey.

Index was assigned as the distributor of Office 365 products provided by Microsoft in Turkey. The agreement made Index the sole distributor of products featuring e-mail, Microsoft Office programs, unified messaging and file sharing.

2012

Global Player

Indeks International FZE, a brand new company was founded in the International Free Zone of United Arab Emirates Sharjah Airport to operate on IT.

An agreement with Apple Europe was signed for the distributorship of iPad, Mac, iPod and their accessories.

2013

Apple On Board

2013 witnessed very significant deals. Initially, Index became a distributor for Adobe in Turkey.

In the same year, MCI became an Index partner by purchasing 20% shares.

And maybe the biggest achievement of the year; the contract with iPhone.

2014

The New Building

After deciding on to assess its IndexPark land in a real estate project, Index moved to its new headquarters in Kağıthane in March! It also moved its logistics center to Gebze.

2015

Türk Telekom Distributorship

In 2015, Datagate completed its first year in Telko Distributorship.

Processes of software, logistics, technology and infrastructure were completed and raised the services quality.

A distributorship agreement was signed with Türk Telekom. Sales and distribution processes were drafted for brand and channel changes within Türk Telekom group.

2015

Index Grup Is 25 Years Old

In its 25th year, Index Grup experienced reorganization from top to bottom. It moved its headquarters to a new 7,000 sqm space in Kağıthane. Following this milestone, İndeks Bilgisayar entered the Fortune 500 Türkiye 2015 list in 59th rank with 2.2 billion TL net sales. By achieving its biggest profit ratio, İndeks Bilgisayar shared this honor with all group companies.

2016

TÜSİAD Board Membership

Erol Bilecik, was elected to the board of TUSIAD – Turkish Industry and Business Association.

2016

Expanding Overseas

Distributorship contracts that belong to added value product groups within İndeks Bilgisayar were transferred to Artım Bilişim.

Artım Bilişim was reorganized to deliver these added value products to professional users, mainly in Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan in accompany with high channel business partners ecosystem.

2017

President of TUSIAD

Erol Bilecik was appointed as the President of Turkish Industry and Business Association (TUSIAD) on January 12, 2017. Indeks Bilgisayar and Samsung Electronics Turkey undersigned a collaboration for distributorship. The company became the exclusive distributor of Microsoft PC Accessories in Turkey. Despec AŞ began selling assigned accessories with GSM operators. Despec AŞ also became the distributor of IT chain stores for Samsung accessories. Artım Bilişim AŞ became the distributor of Micro Focus and opened an office in Azerbaijan.

2018

Oppo Distributorship

Indeks Bilgisayar became the distributor of SanDisk. Indeks Bilgisayar became the distributor of OPPO. Despec AŞ became the distributor of smart lighting systems of Philips Lighting. Artım Bilişim became the distributor of Pure Storage.

2019

Returning Home

With the General Assembly meeting held on February 20, 2019, Erol Bilecik completed his assignment as the President of TUSIAD (Turkish Industry and Business Association), where he had served since January 12, 2017.

Indeks Bilgisayar moved to its new office at Seba Office Boulevard, returning home.

Ankara, Bursa, Eskişehir, Çanakkale, Balıkesir, Bilecik, Yalova, Kütahya and Kırıkkale provinces were added to the existing provinces in the ongoing device sales and other distributorship services between Datagate AŞ and Türk Telekom Group.

Netex AŞ became the distributor of Infovista, D-Link, Vertiv and Arista.

2020

Realme Distributorship

Despec AŞ became the distributor of REALME.
